Another month has zoomed past! We’re so excited to announce our tenth box in the MITS Route Scout competition (Click here for more information about Route Scout)! We will reveal new photos and clues of one painted traffic signal control boxes every week on social media and post a monthly clue package on the MITS website. ONE lucky winner will walk away with a prize package filled with local goodies!
HOW TO PLAY:
- Look at MITS social media posts
- Guess which MITS bus route OR intersection the featured box sits on
- Submit guess at https://www.mitsbus.org/route-scout/ (All correct entries will be entered to win)
BONUS: For another chance to win, take a selfie with the painted box and post it on social media with the #routescoutmuncie.

August ROUTE SCOUT BOX CLUE PACKAGES
This month’s box will be sure to brighten your day! The route this box sits on is right down the sTREEt from Attic Window so you could find more than one gem! With school right around the corner, this route is perfectly placed a block away from the Muncie Public Library. This box was certainly painted by a talented young artist that will flourish into something great! Have some fun in the sun and find this box because Summer will be over before you know it! Remember everyone gets three enTREEs per box (1 for the route #, 1 for the intersection, and 1 for a selfie with the box!)
You don’t have to ride the bus to submit a guess, and you can play every month! Who wants to take a guess? Good luck route scouts!
This box will be in play from Wednesday, August 4th – Wednesday, August 25th. The Winner will be announced Friday, August 27th. 3 entries maximum per person and per box (1 for the route #, 1 for the intersection, and 1 for the selfie)
