Hoyt Avenue Crossing between Willard/Liberty St
Detour:
Outbound High St to Walnut Street to 8th Street to Hoyt Avenue and regular route.
Inbound Hoyt Avenue to 8th Street to Walnut Street to High Street into Transfer.
