Notice is hereby given that bids will be received by the Muncie Public Transportation Corporation (MPTC), 1300 East Seymour Street, Muncie, IN 47302, until 5:00 p.m. E.S.T. October 23, 2019, for a contractor to complete Shelter Pad and Sidewalk Installation. Bids will be opened at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2019 in the MITS Board Room located at 1400 East Seymour Street, Muncie, Indiana 47302.

All bidders will be required to certify they are not on the U.S. Comptroller General’s consolidated list of ineligible contractors. Bidders appearing on said list will be considered ineligible.
The MPTC hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
