MITS also provides an apprenticeship program for those just starting their careers. The apprenticeship provides paid, on the job training and a starting wage of $13.04 to $16.87 (based on years of service). This program is designed to allow candidates to develop skills to pursue a career in a high-demand field.
$4,500 Sign-on bonus for current ASE Master Certified “A” Mechanics.
Starting hourly pay is $20.35 to $31.08 per hour (based on qualifications) with excellent benefits*.
The Mechanic position is a standard 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime.

REQUIREMENTS:
– At least 21 years of age
– Valid Driver’s License
– High School Diploma or GED
– DRUG FREE
– Individuals must possess standard mechanical hand tools, a mobile tool cabinet, a good driving record, and a minimum of 2-3 years of mechanical experience desired or technical education.
