Do you know a MITS employee deserving of the great honor of receiving the annual A. David Werner Award for Outstanding Service for the year 2025?
After careful consideration, please nominate any MITS employee who has gone above and beyond their regular performance of duty and consistently and positively impacted the spirit and intent of MITS service.
Anyone can nominate any MITS employee until December 31, 2025.
Obtain a nomination form from the information booth at MITS Downtown Transfer Station at 113 West Main Street, the information window at MITS Administrative Headquarters at 1300 East Seymour Street in Muncie, or download HERE.
Nominations should be sealed and submitted to the Information Booth at the Downtown Transfer Station, the Information Window at MITS Administrative Offices, or mailed in the pre-addressed envelope provided.
Please provide as much detail as you possibly can about exactly why you feel the person you are nominating is deserving of this honorable award. Explain what the nominated employee has said and done to make you feel the employee is most deserving of this award. The decision will be based on the content of what you tell us, not the number of votes.
